noticed a difference to the smell and quality of the air in that room.
However, when I tried to use the Ionic Breeze in my larger living room area the results were not as spectacular. Honestly, I didn’t notice much of a difference at all. The results in the living room area were further confirmed when I rinsed the collection rods.
Whereas when the was used in the office and the collection plates were caked with pollutants, when I removed the collection plates for cleaning after use in the living room, there was very little debris to be cleaned.
After buying several Ionic Breeze air purifiers and placing them around my home, it was clear that this wasn’t going to work either. The problem was the lack of air movement. The could only clean the limited amount of air that the tiny fan was moving through the purifier.
After reviewing several customer reviews and more comprehensive performance reports on the Ionic Breeze and other filter-less air purifiers my theory was confirmed. In order for a filter-less to effectively cleanse the air, it simply must be capable of moving sufficient quantities of air.
There are increasingly more filter-less air purifiers that are equipped with more powerful and efficient fans. These are much more effective at overall air purification than the Ionic Breeze air purifier.
If you’re interested in purchasing a filter-less air purifier, I would suggest that you take the time to review various consumer reports and customer reviews in order to make a decision about which will best met your needs.
There are several free consumer interest websites at which you can access and learn about others’ experiences with particular models. If these do not meet your needs, there are also some premium sites that offer more comprehensive performance statistics.
